Lili Bognár
Sexualpsychologist

Lili completed her bachelor’s and master’s studies in psychology at the University of Szeged, specializing in clinical and health psychology. She further expanded and deepened her professional expertise through a postgraduate program at Eötvös Loránd University, where she qualified as a sexual psychology specialist.
Her dedicated goal is to support clients not only in individual issues affecting psychological well-being but also in fostering a positive experience of sexuality, developing assertive communication, strengthening self-confidence and sexual self-awareness, and addressing difficulties, dysfunctions, anxieties, and obstacles encountered in sexual life. She believes that through effective therapeutic methods and collaborative work, meaningful changes can be achieved that lead to greater happiness and balance in all areas of life.
In her work, she follows a person-centered approach. With empathy, openness, a non-judgmental attitude, and attentive understanding, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment that enables honest and free communication, regardless of how difficult or deeply rooted the issues may be.
Continuous professional development and deepening her own self-knowledge are of key importance to her, and she actively seeks opportunities to broaden her expertise. She has experience leading self-awareness groups, and her personal experiences in individual, primarily person-centered therapy and self-exploration further contribute to her ability to provide authentic and effective support to her clients.
The next step in expanding her professional knowledge is completing a CBT consultant training program, which is highly applicable in addressing sexuality-related challenges. Her long-term plans include training in couple and family therapy, completing the Complex Integrative Therapist training, and earning a PhD.
