Réka Kresák
Certified Psychologist

Réka earned her degree at the University of Szeged, specializing in counseling and school psychology. Alongside her studies, she volunteered at the Szivárvány Autism Public Benefit Association, and since 2024 she has been participating in the “First Aid” program of the Hungarian Autistic Society, where she supports parents of children who have recently received a diagnosis. She is currently working as a school psychologist, helping students navigate the complexities of adolescence, which she considers one of the most challenging stages of life.
In line with her person-centered approach, she views empathic understanding, unconditional acceptance, and authentic presence as the foundation of her relationship with clients. She believes that these qualities foster a sense of safety and a trusting atmosphere, which are essential for effective therapeutic collaboration. She likes to use projective and experience-based methods, especially in situations where feelings or thoughts are difficult to express in words.
